Details, details, details – At 1127 design group we take specifications seriously.

Our documents are formulated per trade with extensive details. We believe the client exceptions should be conveyed in technical language as well as laymen descriptions and in an easy readable format. Operation, application, quality, quantity, build of materials, standards, work by others, coordination with trades and submittal checks lists should be clearly conveyed.

Our specification also address associated drawings, associated specifications and reference our applicable T – AV- SE- C-E -EL  drawings
